Initiate Your Request
Log into your Luvme Hair account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the product.
Receive Authorization
Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the uncustomized hair in its original box and ship it back to us using a carrier of your choice with a valid tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item is in its original state, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
